Windshield Repair Warranty

We work hard to deliver the best service possible, but Glass Products can not assume responsibility for windshield cracking during your windshield repair process and for the reinstallation of aftermarket remote auto-start antennas.

Should a crack develop from a windshield repair previously completed in our shop, Glass Products will deduct the paid cost of the repair from the total cost of the windshield replacement.

Auto Glass Replacement Services

We offer auto glass replacement for all types of vehicles. Most commonly replaced glass includes windshields, door windows, quarter glass, and rear windows. Our team of certified trained technicians has the experience needed to properly and safely install your replacement glass using the latest state-of-the-art equipment.

Things to Consider:

  • When asking for a quote, please have your year, make, model, and VIN number ready as some vehicles may have multiple glass replacement options.

  • Be aware of what features your vehicle may have.

The most common windshield features we could ask about:

    - Rain & Condensation Sensors

    - Heated Wiper Area

    - Electrochromatic Rear Review Mirror

    - Heads-up Display

    - Lane Departure

For other types of auto glass, we could ask about:

    - Windshield wiper & antenna location

    - Auto defrost options

    - Auto or manual closure

    - Tint or no tint

    - Tempered or laminated glass

  • Auto glass replacement appointment times will vary but typically take up to 4 hours. Our waiting room features beverages and television for your comfort and entertainment. We also offer complimentary rides within Watertown.

  • Following windshield replacement services you will want to avoid automatic carwash stations and slamming the doors in your vehicle for 3 days. It can also be beneficial to the curing process to leave your side windows opened slightly.

Limited Windshield Warranty:

Glass Products offers a Limited Windshield Warranty with the purchase of every windshield replacement. Our warranty guarantees windshield repairs or replacement because of workmanship errors or defective materials. However, the warranty doesn’t offer a guarantee against accidental windshield damage. For example, if a rock or a tree hits your windshield, the limited warranty won’t cover the damages. But if it leaks, cracks, or breaks because of improper installation or defects in glass material, Glass Products will repair or replace the windshield at no cost.

For this warranty to be valid, you must:

  • Be the owner or lessee of the car

  • Provide proof of Glass Products installation

  • Show damages are due to technician’s error or the glass materials

  • Report the damages or defects within 30 days of discovery

We work hard to deliver services that will benefit you long after you leave, but Glass Products cannot guarantee warranty coverage after improvements or changes have been made to the auto glass in question by another auto glass company or dealer.

For decades, BETASEAL™ adhesives have been used to bond stationary glass in vehicles.
